AMERITEK ID offers Walk-in Appointments inside the Mailbox and Postal Store in Sierra Madre, CA. We offer both Fingerprinting and Notary Public Services Onsite. However, if you can’t come into this location we also offer our Mobile Fingerprinting Services 24hrs a Day/ 7 Days a Week. We also offer Notary services for: wills, adoptions, contracts, etc.
What You’ll Need
- Completed Request for Live Scan Form
- A VALID Government Issued ID (i.e. Drives License, State ID Card, Passport, etc.)
- Cash, Cashiers Check or Money Order

We operate with total discretion and have the utmost respect for our clients privacy and the sensitive nature of the services that we offer. We will go anywhere from attorney’s offices, to movie sets, hotel rooms, schools, doctor’s offices, boardrooms, apartments, hospitals, etc. just to name a few… Our clients use our Mobile and Walk-In Services because they trust our reliability, availability and our professionalism.
We accept company checks, cash money orders, debit cards, Visa®, Master Card®, Discover® and American Express. Client accounts are available. Personal checks will not be accepted.
